PGSP Workers is a Sri Lankan Engineering and Fabrication business specializing in gate automation systems, gate motor installation and repairs, smart control solutions, steel fabrication, aluminium fabrication, and related engineering services for residential, commercial and industrial applications.

The company commenced operations in 2017 and was officially registered on 2020. Through dedication, innovation, and quality workmanship, PGSP Workers has built a reputation for delivering reliable engineering solutions tailored to client requirements.

Our founders gained valuable international experience while residing in the United Kingdom for four years. This exposure enabled them to acquire advanced technical knowledge and project management expertise, which are now applied to deliver high quality solutions in Sri Lanka.

With a strong focus on quality workmanship and technical precision PGSP Workers, we are committed to providing professional, durable, and cost effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Since commencing our work in 2017, we have continuously developed our capabilities in gate automation, steel fabrication, aluminium fabrication, welding, and related engineering solutions. Our experience gained in both Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom has strengthened our technical knowledge and professional approach to project delivery.

PGSP Workers is a sole proprietorship led by its Founder and Proprietor, supported by experienced technical and management professionals.

Mr. Shermal Premaratne

Founder & Proprietor – Technical & Fabrication Operations

Over 9 years of combined experience in welding, fabrication and engineering solutions, including Sri Lankan and UK industry experience. Holds UK qualifications in Welding and Fabrication and technical qualifications from German Technical College.

Mr. Asoka Piyadi Gamage

Chief Advisor – Management & Technical Advisory

Over 40 years of management experience, with expertise in business operations, project coordination, planning and organisational development. A qualified Draughtsman with technical understanding in drawings and construction-related activities.

Eng. Chathumini Jayashika

Head of Construction Management – Engineering & Project Management

Civil Engineering and UK MSc Construction Project Management background, supporting construction planning, project coordination, client communication, documentation, quality assurance and project delivery.
